According to prosecutors, a Florida lady is accused of recording her Chihuahua being sexually abused and then selling the video for financial gain.
According to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, Logan Nichole Guminski, 28, is charged with having sex with an animal and recording it.
The Claims
When a detective got an anonymous tip on January 28 that Guminski had uploaded a video to Instagram depicting a sexual act with her dog, the investigation got underway. Detectives claim that a 32-second video clip included in the tip showed a woman with a “small brown and white” Chihuahua engaging in the alleged incident, but the woman’s face was hidden.
When investigators looked through Guminski’s Instagram account, they discovered a tonne of images and videos of her with a Chihuahua that matched the dog in the video. They pointed out that Guminski’s complexion tone, body type, and unusual manicure were all comparable to those of the individual in the video.
The Disclosure
Guminski allegedly acknowledged making and distributing videos of sexual acts with two different dogs when he was questioned on March 21. She admitted to detectives that she sold pornographic content online as a “content creator” on websites like Fansly.
Guminski said in the affidavit that she received $500 for a single film featuring her Chihuahua, Princeton. Although there aren’t many specifics available, she reportedly acknowledged making a second video with a yellow Labrador named “Rosie.”
Guminski acknowledged, according to detectives, that the videos were still on her iPhone.
Arrest and Discharge
Next her police interview, Guminski was taken into custody and freed the next day after posting a $10,000 bond. On April 22, she is expected to appear in court for her arraignment.
A Startling Situation
The investigation’s lead detective, Detective Jordyn Batt, called the case unsettling but regrettably not unusual. Batt told local reporters, “It’s always shocking, it’ll never not be shocking, especially when you have to watch the video.” However, I have witnessed it previously, so regrettably, it is not unusual.
Authorities are working to guarantee the protection of the animals implicated in the inquiry, which is still ongoing.
