More Illegal Alien Suspects Charged With Child Sex Crimes. Texans is experiencing a constant influx of suspected illegal aliens charged with sexually abusing children, according to a statewide crime pattern occurring across the country.
Illegal Alien Crimes at X has tracked the arrests of hundreds of suspects who have immigration detainers or “holds” issued by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Dozens are charged with sex crimes against minors.
Detainers are used by ICE to apprehend dangerous deportable noncitizens who are arrested by another law enforcement agency.
Earlier this year the site found that in Dallas County alone, 14 suspected illegal aliens were arrested for sexually exploiting children in just one month.
Over the past three months, Illegal Alien Crimes identified more than 30 suspects with immigration holds who were arrested in Texas and charged with sex crimes involving children.
The charges against the suspects include:
— Sexual assault of a child (8)
— Aggravated sexual assault of a child (8)
— Continuous sexual abuse of a child
— Sexual abuse of multiple children
— Continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14 (7)
— Indecency with a child by sexual contact (10)
— Indecency with a child by exposure
— Sex trafficking of a child
— Online solicitation of a child for sex
— Causing a child to engage in sexual conduct
— Knowing possession of child sexual abuse material (child pornography)
Other recent illegal alien arrests in Texas have been for charges that include the indecent exposure and invasive visual recording in a bathroom aggravated sexual assault with a deadly weapon, kidnapping and murder.
The arrests have taken place statewide in Brazos, Collin, Dallas, Denton, Harris, Hays, Liberty, McLennan, Midland, Montgomery, Potter, and Wise counties.
A new report recently emerged that showed one in ten of Harris County Jail inmates is an illegal alien under ICE detainers. Of the 1,170 inmates with ICE holds, 174 were connected to sexual assault cases—most involved children under 14 years old.
Another 75 of Harris County’s illegal alien inmates were charged with murder. They include the two Venezuelans charged with kidnapping, raping and murdering 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray.

Illegal aliens commit significantly more sexual assaults in Texas than the state’s overall population, according to a report by the Center for Immigration Studies.
In 2019, the number was 17.8 sexual assault convictions per 100,000 illegal aliens compared to 10 for Texans overall—although CIS cautioned that the illegal alien conviction rate was likely underestimated.
Since then, the number of illegal aliens in the U.S. and Texas has skyrocketed, and reports of illegal aliens sexually assaulting women and children continue to rise.
