Man shot, killed in Worcester during domestic incident, police say

According to Worcester police, a man was shot and killed during a domestic dispute in Worcester on Wednesday night, and someone was taken into custody.

According to a statement from Worcester police spokesperson Joseph Cersosimo, police received a complaint of a person shot on Beacon Street at approximately 7:36 p.m. on Wednesday.

According to Cersosimo, the unnamed individual was taken to the hospital in severe condition and subsequently declared dead.

Cersosimo stated that a suspect had been taken into custody, but he withheld further information due to the domestic nature of the crime.
