Arizona Fireworks Safety Rules
If you plan to light fireworks at home, Arizona law permits certain types only on private property with the owner’s consent.

- Ground-based sparklers
Prohibited Fireworks:
- Sky rockets/bottle rockets

Fireworks sales of novelty items like sparklers and party poppers are permitted year-round. Use of legal fireworks is allowed on 27 designated days per year around specific holidays.
