Citrin Hospitality, a well-known hospitality business based in Los Angeles, is planning to open Maison Simone, a completely new concept that will be situated at 3321 S La Cienega Blvd, Suite U & V.
A liquor license application that was submitted not too long ago indicates that the new restaurant will be located in the Cumulus District, which is a mixed-use development in West Adams. Additionally, Whole Foods Market, Alchemist Coffee, Sandbox VR, and Pedal Electric are some of the other tenants that are located within the complex. Not only does the project consist of residential towers ARQ and VOX, but it also features retail and dining establishments that are oriented around an outdoor space, making it an ideal location for this unique concept. The opening date of Maison Simone is not yet known; however, it will be located in close proximity to the Jefferson/La Cienega Metro stop.
There is no doubt that Maison Simone will contribute to the expansion of Citrin Hospitality’s portfolio in Los Angeles, while also assisting the district in becoming a more popular destination for dining and shopping. Josiah Citrin, a chef who has received two Michelin stars, is the founder of the business, which comprises restaurants such as Citrin in Santa Monica and Charcoal Venice, a neighborhood steakhouse located in Venice that is famous for its open-flame cooking. The dining scene in Los Angeles will be improved with the opening of Maison Simone, while Mélisse, Citrin’s flagship restaurant, will continue to be a mainstay. The group’s goal is to offer one-of-a-kind dining experiences by utilizing a wide variety of concepts located across the city.
The Cumulus District is a mixed-use development that spans 14 acres and serves as a connection between the communities of Culver City and West Adams.
