Whoa, Burr said that a fan told him that Read had been found not guilty of murder and manslaughter in connection with the death of her partner, Boston Police Officer John O. Keefe, in January 2022. A TikTok video captured the fleeting interaction.

As he signed autographs after a Glengarry Glen Rosson Broadway performance, Burr remarked, “That’s amazing.” So they continue their investigation?

He also made fun of me, which would make him the best troll ever.

The fan laughed, “No, no, I wouldn’t do that to you, Bill Burr.”

Regarding Read’s case, Burr remarked, “I thought everyone was lying.” I have no idea what took place.

On Wednesday, a jury found 45-year-old Read not guilty of second-degree murder, manslaughter while under the influence, and fleeing the scene of a deadly collision.

Prosecutors had claimed that early on January 29, 2022, while dropping O Keefe off at an afterparty in Canton, Read drove her SUV into him in a drunken rage. However, Read was only found guilty of drunk driving and given a year of probation after three years, two trials, and weeks of testimony.

The family of O Keefe is still suing her for wrongful death.
