Drake Maye and Ann Michael Hudson, his longtime lover, formally got married this month.
However, the Mayes apparently took advantage of the opportunity to give back to others as they celebrated their new life together in their home state of North Carolina.

Scott Zolak, a Patriots radio analyst and anchor of 98.5 The Sports Hub, told a tale about how the newlyweds gave back to their community after their wedding while talking about Maye’s offseason exercises with his teammates.
During Tuesday’s most recent Zolak & Bertrand taping, Zolak mentioned the wedding presents. He allegedly struck a bargain with his wife, but he kept it a secret. In the neighborhood where he grew up, they donated a lot of items to local children’s shelters, and some of the children there lacked Christmas presents and shoes in the proper size.
They kept it a secret, but they donated their wedding presents to local homeless shelters and support groups. They forwarded everything they received. They did not receive any wedding presents.
According to a TikTok post by Hudson, Drake and Ann Michael, who started dating when they were 12 years old, both made a wonderful gesture.
Ahead of his second season with the Patriots, Maye has wasted little time in catching up since last month’s festivities.
Over the past week, Maye and a number of Patriots offensive players have participated in structured exercises, despite the fact that training camp in Foxborough is still a few weeks away. Participants in the sessions with Maye include Stefon Diggs, Joshua Dobbs, Rhamondre Stevenson, Hunter Henry, Kendrick Bourne, DeMario Douglas, Ja Lynn Polk, and rookie Kyle Williams.
