Waukesha County Fair Returns with Full Lineup of Family Fun, Music, and Agriculture

WAUKESHA, WI — The 2025 Waukesha County Fair is set to return July 16–20, bringing five full days of agriculture, entertainment, food, and family activities to the Waukesha County Fairgrounds at 1000 Northview Rd.

Now in its annual tradition, the fair kicks off Wednesday, July 16, with a strong start in junior livestock shows, 4-H activities, live music, and special exhibits. Seniors (62+) receive $8 admission all day Wednesday.

Highlights throughout the week include:

Daily Attractions

  • Livestock & 4-H Shows: Swine, rabbit, goat, poultry, dairy, beef, and horse judging will take place across the week in the Insight FS Livestock Coliseum and Horse Rings.
  • Kid-Friendly Fun: Pig, goat, and duck races run multiple times daily at the south end of the fairgrounds.
  • Ongoing Exhibits: The AgVenture Area will host the Monster Mural, Farm Animal Tent, and Playland. Knitting and quilting demos, the 4-H Clover Corner, and Quilts of Valor displays will also be available throughout the fair.

Main Stage Concerts

  • Wednesday: Justin Moore headlines at 8 p.m.
  • Friday: Ted Nugent takes the stage at 8 p.m.
  • Saturday: Night Ranger performs at 8 p.m.
  • Additional Music: Daily live performances at the Leinie Lodge and Coors Light Stage feature local talent including Judson Brown Band, Chasin’ Mason, and Bella Cain.

Special Theme Days

  • Friday, July 18 – St. Vincent De Paul Day: Donate at participating SVDP stores and show your coupon for 50% off admission before 5 p.m.
  • Saturday, July 19 – Pancake Breakfast Day: Enjoy all-you-can-eat pancakes from 8–11 a.m. with $10 admission that includes breakfast and parking (advance tickets required).
  • Sunday, July 20 – Carrier Heating & Cooling Day: Beat the clock and receive 50% off adult admission before 1 p.m.

Can’t-Miss Events

  • Thursday–Saturday: WAMI/Music6S/Pocket Cue Showcase at Leinie Lodge
  • Friday at 5:30 p.m.: Junior Livestock Auction featuring local 4-H exhibitors
  • Saturday at 1 p.m.: Demolition Derby in the Action Center
  • Sunday Highlights: Classic Car Show, Spectacular Showmen Inclusive Livestock Show, and the return of fan favorites Little Squealers and the Sheep Rodeo

The fair wraps up Sunday evening, July 20, with the release of animals and competitive exhibits. From agriculture to music, fair food to kids’ games, this year’s fair promises to be one of the most entertaining yet.
