Review & setlist: Jonas Brothers leave Fenway burnin up with nostalgia in mid 2000s-packed set
Boston was no exception. At Fenway Park, the New Jersey brothers—who are well-known for their Disney Channel roots—delivered with three unexpected musical guests and an acting appearance.
Dashboard Confessional s Chris Carrabba
Before bringing Carrabba to the stage, Joe Jonas mentioned that there was a certain musician who he always listened to.
Carrabba’s music truly taught us how to sing, even if it was just in a distant way, the singer continued, adding, “I don’t know how many times I’ve wept to his music.”
Carrabba assisted in performing Take a Breath, a 2007 Jonas Brothers song that Joe claimed was influenced by Dashboard Confessional music, following the performance of his 2004 hit, Vindicated.

Jesse McCartney
“The pop star was the first artist who took a real shot on us and let us open for him on tour,” Nick Jonas said as the band welcomed McCartney to the stage.
Leavin’ and Beautiful Soul, two of McCartney’s greatest hits, were performed for Fenway by the singer, who had previously appeared on the first night of this tour.
