Tempe police arrested a guy after finding bones of people who had died in his freezer in his backyard.
Before calling 51-year-old Joseph Hill Jr., detectives got a tip about a possible dead body in his backyard freezer. They asked to see what was in the freezer on Tuesday.
Hill told the cops that his father had died four years before and wouldn’t let them look.
Officers found the body and arrested Hill after getting a search order. The first charge is the concealment of a body, which is a class 5 crime. The second charge is failure to report a death, which is a class 2 misdemeanor.
There is still no word on who the body belongs to.
