According to officials, a man on a JetBlue flight passed away Monday after experiencing a medical emergency while the aircraft was descending at Logan International Airport.
At around 8:40 a.m. on Monday, Massachusetts State Police troopers from Logan Barracks arrived at Terminal C in response to a report of an unresponsive male aboard an aircraft.
Troops arrived to find that he was already receiving CPR. He was taken by EMS to a nearby hospital by the State Police.
The 69-year-old New Hampshire man was declared dead at Massachusetts General Hospital following a medical incident, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office.
JetBlue did not provide any further details right away.
