Guinness in a different kind of pint—ice cream—is a great way for people to cool themselves during New England’s near-record-high heat and humidity.
The well-known Brooklyn-based ice cream company Van Leeuwen Ice Cream has partnered with the Irish stout to create a pint of ice cream dubbed “Lovely Day for a Guinness,” which is inspired by the brew.
According to the Van Leeuwen website, the ice cream has chocolate pieces incorporated into it and is Guinness-flavored.
