The free festival offers a full day of live music, family activities, food vendors, waterfront entertainment, and a spectacular fireworks display over Puget Sound.

The official fireworks display begins once it gets dark, at approximately 10:00 p.m.
The fireworks are launched from a barge about 3,000 feet offshore from Cummings Park, creating excellent viewing opportunities along nearly the entire Ruston Way Waterfront. The professionally choreographed display lasts about 20 minutes.
