Benbrook, Texas — Two employees were injured Thursday morning after an SUV crashed through the front entrance of a nail salon in Benbrook, according to local police.

The incident occurred at Benbrook Nail Bar, located at 303 Mercedes Street, just as staff members were opening the business for the day.

What Happened at the Salon

Benbrook police said a woman driving a Cadillac SUV accidentally drove through the front doors of the salon, striking two employees inside.

Witnesses Describe Chaotic Scene

Employees at nearby businesses said they rushed outside after hearing a loud crash. One witness captured video showing the SUV lodged inside the salon, with one employee briefly pinned beneath the vehicle.

Inside the business, the damage was extensive. The front doors were knocked completely off, glass was shattered across the floor, and broken chairs were scattered throughout the salon. Visible holes in the wall marked the SUV’s path into the building.

Police Investigation and Business Closure

After completing an on-site investigation, police determined the crash was accidental. No criminal charges are expected to be filed.

Salon owners said the business will remain closed temporarily while cleanup and repairs are underway. They noted that the damage will require significant time and financial resources to fix before reopening.
