Amazon shoppers nationwide are being warned after manufacturers recalled nearly half a million products sold online due to serious safety risks. The recalls affect items ranging from baby loungers to portable power banks and misting fans. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) reported that five major products sold through Amazon and other online marketplaces have been withdrawn over fire, suffocation, and injury hazards.

LXDHSTRA Baby Loungers and Crib Bumpers
- Sold on Amazon from May to August 2025.
- Recalled for suffocation, falls, and entrapment risks.
- Loungers have dangerously low sides, thick sleeping pads, and wide foot openings.
- Crib bumpers violate federal safety laws.
- Approximately 360 units sold; no injuries reported.
Anker Power Banks
- Over 480,000 units recalled due to overheating lithium-ion batteries.
- Models include A1647, A1652, A1257, A1681, and A1689, sold between January and July 2024.
- 33 fire and explosion reports, including four burn injuries.
- Consumers must stop using the devices immediately and follow Anker’s recall instructions for proper disposal and refunds.
YooxArmor Kids’ Helmets
- Nearly 1,800 helmets recalled for failing federal bicycle helmet safety standards.
- Lacked proper impact protection, stability, labeling, and certification.
- No injuries reported.
- Consumers should cut the straps and submit photos to YooxArmor for a refund.
Youbeien Crib Mobiles
- Sold by GKKBSJ on Amazon.
- Recalled due to unsafe battery compartments that allow access to button batteries, which can cause severe injury or death if ingested.
- About 3,000 units affected.
- Consumers must stop using the product and submit disposal photos for a refund.
IcyBreeze Buddy Portable Misting Fans
- 22,600 units recalled for overheating and fire risk during charging.
- Sold from November 2023 to August 2024.
- Seven incidents reported, including two fires.
- Consumers should stop using the fans and visit IcyBreeze’s recall page to receive a $150 credit after proof of disposal.

Upon discovering a product recall, we immediately halt affected product offerings, and promptly inform both customers and sellers involved about the recall.”
