by Michael, Pastor Mic On August 3, 2025, Dwayne Winfrey, a cherished pastor and a captivating figure, died in Cedar Hill, Texas. He was born in Des Moines, Iowa, on December 15, 1965. Many people’s lives were impacted by Pastor Mic’s unwavering love for God and his commitment to assisting others.
He was a beloved figure in his community as a pastor because of his fun temperament, sense of humor, and endearing personality. His love of dress, which reflected his captivating personality, was equally as noteworthy as his devotion to religion. His entry into the pastoral ministry and the solid, devoted family he established and raised throughout his life are two of his greatest achievements.
As a fitting homage to a guy who exuded pleasure and light, the Winfrey family asks all attendees to wear all white throughout the services in memory of their fallen angel.

Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas, 4155 S R. L. Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75224, will host a viewing on August 15, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 8:15 PM. A wake service will thereafter take place at the same site from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m.
The next day, August 16, 2025, Concord Church, situated at 6808 Pastor Bailey Drive, Dallas, TX 75237, will host another viewing from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, followed by a funeral ceremony at 10:00 AM.
Michael, Pastor Mic Dwayne Winfrey’s steadfast devotion to his family, his faith, and his lively personality will live on in his memory. For everyone who had the honor of knowing him, his legacy will endure in their hearts.
