Bay County Fair 2025: Entertainment Lineup, Ride Prices, and Special Events

Celebrating its 160th year, the Bay County Fair is in full swing at the Bay County Fairgrounds, located at 810 Livingston St. in Bay City, Michigan. Running from Tuesday, July 29 through Saturday, August 2, the fair offers a variety of free attractions, affordable family entertainment, and classic fair experiences.

  • Admission and Parking:
    Free for all attendees, including parking
  • Ongoing Attractions:
    • Muxlow Exotic Animals exhibit offering close-up animal experiences
    • Agri-Golf: a nine-hole miniature golf course combining fun with farm education
    • Family Fun Tyme Amusements Midway open daily with rides and games
  • Friday, August 1 Highlights:
    • Midway open from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.; ride bracelets available for $20
    • Bay Valley Academy kids activity zone starts at 2 p.m. in the activity pavilion
    • USA Bump and Run Race at 7 p.m. in the grandstand
      • Tickets: $15 for ages 12+, $5 for children 5–11, free for under 5
  • Saturday, August 2 Highlights:
    • Midway open from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.; ride bracelets available for $25
    • Adult and youth pie baking contest begins at 12 p.m. in the activity pavilion
    • Dirt Drags at 7 p.m. in the grandstand
      • Tickets: $15 for ages 12+, $5 for children 5–11, free for under 5
  • Additional Info:
    The fair features plenty of food vendors, carnival games, and shaded areas for relaxing between events. Families can enjoy a full day at the fair without spending much, thanks to the free admission and parking.

With everything from exotic animals and educational mini-golf to action-packed racing and dirt drags, the 2025 fair delivers a full week of fun for fairgoers of all ages.
