Whale’s Tale Water Parkin Lincoln, New Hampshire, came in at number ten on Tripadvisor’s list of the top water parks and amusement parks in the United States, which is a component of the Needham-based travel website’s top travel experiences for 2025.
What Tripadvisor said about the park is as follows:
The 17-acre Whale’s Tale Waterpark in Lincoln, New Hampshire, has been open for business for almost 40 years. Situated in the center of the White Mountains, it offers amazing vistas and exhilarating rides in a tidy, kid-friendly setting. Take advantage of the White Mountains’ only wave pool, a surf ride, a lazy river, and kid-friendly water slides.
Don’t just take it from us, even though we like to say that we’re the superior option. @tripadvisor has ranked us in the top 1% globally! posted on the park’s Facebook page by Whale’s Tale staff.
After 2 p.m., thrill-seekers can get tickets for $29, which is a $23 savings. The park announced on its Facebook page on Tuesday that guests can now purchase the after-2 p.m. passes online due to the discount’s popularity. In the past, guests had to purchase the discounted tickets at the gate.
Regular park entrance is $17 for children ages 1-3, $52 for those aged 4 to 64, and $22 for elders 65 and older.
According to Tripadvisor, Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, is the best amusement park and water park in the United States.
