Search Ends in Tragedy Missing 7-Year-Old Boy with Autism Found Dead in River

In Wisconsin, the search for a missing autistic youngster has tragically ended. Jacob Baer, 7, was found dead, according to two Rivers police officers.

Baer was playing outside on Saturday when he vanished. He attended Koenig Elementary School in the second grade.

Over the weekend, several agencies participated in the search.

Later, the body of Jacob was discovered in the West Twin River. The depth of the water was five to six feet.

“I’m like, geez, you know, I can’t believe this is happening again. Something bad like this, you know. This town had enough exposure,” resident Kurt Psenick stated.

Details of how Baer got into the river were not disclosed by the police.

Authorities did stress the dangers of ice, particularly at this time of year when it is extremely thin.

The remains of 3-year-old Elijah Vue were discovered in the same location months prior to his death.

Vue was missing since February.
