The Orlando Police Department has named the people who were killed in a shooting in downtown Orlando.
Police said that Tyrek Hill, 25, and Timothy Schmidt Jr., 19, were the two men who were killed.
The police said that six other people were shot as well.
Some of them are no longer in the hospital, while others are still getting care.
The University of Central Florida also said that one of the people who died was a student there.
Jaylen Edgar, 17, is accused of shooting while a lot of people were celebrating the holiday in the middle of Orlando.
The teen is charged with two counts of first-degree murder and six counts of trying to kill someone in the first degree-with a gun.
Edgar has been arrested twice in a year, according to the records.
He was charged as a minor and put into jail last November for stealing a car.
