POTS: What is one thing you think everyone should accomplish in their lifetime?

“I think finding your true happiness. A lot of the time I think people at the high school fake their emotions, like people will put masks over their faces, so sort of just taking off that mask. I think if you fake yourself out, you really get to a depressing point, like who really am I? You will start to question yourself and that can lead to serious depression.”

“I think we all have a dream, and it can be big or small, and I feel that we should all try to strive for that dream. I really like drawing and listening to music and I like making music too, but I know it’s a hard career to pursue, but I feel that you can at least try to enjoy doing what you do. There might be a chance of you becoming famous- it’s possible.”

“I think everyone should push themselves to do something they personally think is impossible. One example of that would be the Dreamfar Marathon club because everyone believes that they could never run that far and they could never do something that physically demanding, but when they actually enter it and start to do it, they eventually do it: finish their first marathon or whatever they decide ...

“I think traveling somewhere where you feel out of your comfort zone. For me I got the chance to go to Beijing a couple of summers ago and that was definitely a trip that was fun but also educational. I learned a lot about myself, about other people and about how our world works a little bit and that was really cool.”

“I think everyone should accomplish feeling good about at least one thing they have done over their lifetime, something they feel proud of, whether that be an academic thing or a social thing. Being able to say that you have done something and being proud of that can help you succeed in other areas and feel accomplished.”
