2 Children Hospitalized After Liquid Thrown During Adult Dispute in Pompano Beach

The Pompano Beach – The Broward Sheriff’s Office said that water was poured on two teens on Sunday after an argument between adults. The teens were taken to a nearby hospital.

911 was called for help in the 400 block of Southwest Second Street around 11 a.m., according to Miranda Grossman, a spokesperson for the sheriff’s office.

Grossman said they learned there was a fight between three people who knew each other.

At some point, something was dumped on the two kids, and as a safety measure, they were taken to a nearby hospital.

Two women are being held.

Detectives from the BSO in Pompano Beach are looking into it.
