cloverfinalClover Food Lab goes by the mantra of “Farm to table.” Their menu changes daily due to their infatuation with fresh and organic produce. Because they are so interested in fresh ingredients, none of the Clover locations use freezers. All of their menu items are vegetarian, so if you’re looking for something a little meatier, try out the falafel in pita. Along with their trucks, there is also a Clover located in Brookline Village. Opening on June 6, 2014!
